Animal is a unique animal movie where Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna shine with their exceptional performances.
The story begins with a clear objective, but after reaching the midpoint, it deviates from its goal and uniquely presents itself. The film is renowned for its unconventional storyline, but there is an interval where it loses its strength.
Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna deliver outstanding performances in their roles, but there are some flaws in the development of the story that might leave the audience perplexed.
The film’s music and graphics are of high quality, taking the audience into a new world. If Animal had concluded at the interval, it could have been a fantastic animal movie, but there is a slight ambiguity that may confuse the audience

In the intricate narrative of “Animal,” everything revolves around delineating the venomous relationship between father and son. We are supposed to empathize with this affectionate man-child, so he is held responsible for everything – making a lewd comment about a girl (Rashmika Mandanna), whom he reunites with after several years, leading swiftly into a romance where she is entirely smitten by this man who believes violence is the answer to all his problems, especially in a situation crafted for relentless bursts of low-budget humor, a bloody action sequence where limbs are swiftly detached, as much as you can count – well, because the poor boy got no love when he was a child.

Of course, the steadfast affection of his mother (Charu Shankar) and sisters doesn’t matter, because ‘this is a man’s world.’ If there were any doubt, a character in the film is explicitly told to say it out loud. The women, including Rashmika’s devoted wife Geetanjali, are given a few scenes where they attempt to stand up for themselves (look, Mom, I’m not making humble missies), and Tripti Dimri’s brief presence serves as a bit-part representation – standing for all reactions to men’s actions.

Vanga dominates the first half of the game. We get a quick tour of rural Punjab, merely an excuse for a dozen macho ‘puttar’ (sons) to jump around: more boys, more toys, more flirtatious banter where men are specialized in lower regions. A high-octane sequence featuring a massive bazooka, and Ranbir Kapoor firing hundreds of bullets into as many bodies—it’s a kind of gleeful comedy-action sequence that remains entertaining for a long time. But then comes the endless second half, where everything is thrown into the sink in the hope that something sticks. However, nothing does stick; it’s not Bobby Deol coming forward as the man with a history with Kapoor’s papa-ji, nor the womenfolk who are supposed to show Deol’s machismo in competition—no, it just goes on.

This film is packed with good actors, especially the two main characters: Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor both do as good a job as possible in their respective parts.
